About Me

Phyllis is a dedicated professional event and wedding planner.  After 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, she retired after serving as an Attaché to France, where she fell in love with the city of Paris and the French culture. She decided to apply her many years of organizational, creative, and service skills to her passion.  

From there, she merged her strengths in international relations and Franco-American celebrations with organizing and producing events and weddings, thus founding Phyllis Kent Events & Weddings.

Phyllis has extensive experience in the planning, design, and execution of luxury, one-of-a-kind destination weddings throughout France, from Normandy to Nice. She specializes in helping couples create dream events while exceeding guest expectations.  

Phyllis received a diploma in Event Management for Marketing and Communication, graduating with Distinction from the Event Academy in London. Before that, she earned a Master’s Degree in International Relations, and is bilingual in French and English.
